Test Your Management Skills

    RATE YOURSELF AS A MANAGER

The following test should give you a general idea of how well you manage (assuming that you have a managerial position). If you're not a manager as yet, you could take the test anyway and answer the questions according to how you think you might perform as a manager.

To take the test, answer each question on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 indicating that you almost always do what the question asks and 1indicating that you never or hardly ever do it. When you've finished, you can rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 100.
