Learning Objectives. Recognize and improve upon essential leadership skills required of the professional internal auditor in order to advance in the organization and asssume managment responsibilities.

Program Level/Professional Experience - Advanced . Course is designed for the expereinced internal auditor and those interested in advancing both in the internal audit profession and organization.

Knowledge Requirements. Internal auditors with some practical experience in the internal audit profession and have supervisory experience.

Advanced Preparation. None required.
