This seminar, “Back To Basics” will focus on improving the overall effectiveness of the internal audit group, including adding value to the organization.
Emphasis is placed upon various aspects of internal auditing. The primary objective of the seminar is to develop the sound foundation that is needed in order to become successful in the internal audit profession.
Expectations at the conclusion of the seminar: being capable of designing and implementing an effective, correctly focused, risk-driven audit plan.
