Seminar Administrative Policy Statement

Record Retention: All course and course participant records will be retained for five years, including, but not necessarily limited to:

Course Outline

Copy of Seminar materials

List of course participants

Dates and locations of presentations

Names of instructors/discussion leaders

Copies of participant course evaluations

Number of recommended CPE contact hours

Refunds of seminar registration fees:

In full to attendees requesting such due to presentation not meeting their needs/expectations;

In full to registrations canceling 14 calendar days or more prior to seminar date;

If cancellation notice is less than 14 calendar days in advance of seminar date, registration fee less a $50 service charge will be refunded.

Confirmed reservations not cancelled prior to start of program will be billed for the full registration fee.

All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days following the program.

Schedule Changes: In the event that it is necessary to reschedule or cancel a seminar after receipt of registration, Audit Services is not responsible for penalties related to canceling or rescheduling airfares, lodging, etc. Furthermore,

Notification of changes will be provided registrants;

Registration fees will be refunded in full.
