If the subjects you are interested in do not appear on this list, please don't hesitate to ask us about them. We do a lot of specialized, focused training for internal audit departments which requires us to develop the seminar to meet the particular needs of the client.
Please keep in mind that you can mix and match the topics to best suit your training needs. For example, maybe your staff only needs a refresher in Analytics and a 2 hour presentation would be appropriate. Or, for example, you can expand the coverage on Analytics to an 8 hour or 2 day seminar.
Also, in order to add real value to the training process we can "tie" the seminar directly to your particular audit process and/or to an upcoming audit. For example, we can first discuss how to Assess Business Risk and then relate that to one of your upcoming audits. Or, we can take a look at the way you are currently "doing business" and discuss some alternatives (report writing, for example).
The topics/seminars which appear to be quite popular today, include:
Auditing the Internet, E-commerce
Transfer the necessary skills to allow your staff to audit your web site, etc. We are currently working with an internal audit staff in this capacity which has been very successful. Would be glad to share with you some information about this engagement. (3 to 4 days)

Perhaps the single most powerful tool available to the internal auditor today, Analytics. Helps focus the auditor on material issues and high business risks. Enhances quality of work as well as increases audit efficiencies. (2 hours to 2 days)

attestation engagements. (2 to 4 hours)
