Interviewing Skills Seminar

Brief Overview

(4 - 8 Hours Suggested)
The seminar objective is to develop effective interviewing skills and techniques to enhance the quality of the audit process.

Seminar approach: Evaluate interviewing techniques, skills, styles and the process (existing and going forward) through discussions and group exercises.

The various steps of the interview process will be addressed including: preparing, scheduling, opening, conducting, and closing. Non-verbal communication skills are also incorporated into the seminar.
