World Class Internal Audit Department - Developing Seminar![]() |
Brief Overview |
|
With increased competition and downward pressure on overhead costs, the watch-words often heard are quality, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and value added.
There is a need to incorporate in the audit plan an ongoing self-assessment process and a periodic review. The objective is to maintain or build a world-class quality internal audit department as measured by the best practices of the profession and emerging issues. Higher quality can be obtained by comparison with a list of quality attributes and how those attributes can best be achieved in your organization. The seminar includes a discussion of quality attributes, best practices, and how you can insure that your department is operating at the highest level. |
